Thanks so much for writing this. It's exactly what I needed. I get so upset when I'm not right on my calorie limit or a little under.

So this may be an odd question.. but does anyone here smoke weed? I use it to fall asleep because I'm on a very speedy medication and I had a mini binge last night (stayed under my calories but I judge binging by my behavior while eating.. like 2am and eating marshmallows). How the hell do I curb the munchies?0

I was so incredibly close to binging! I even started to by having chicken nuggets and ketchup! But then I took a deep breath thought about my weigh in day Friday and stopped! =D0 -
