Been a little stressed lately. Stress for me=increased chance of binging and lack of energy to work out. I skipped by work out yesterday but am forcing myself to go to my hour and a half step/body pump class today.

Feeling strong. Accidentally saw my weight at the doctors. I feel okay with it, but know I have a place I want to be at. Luckily, I've been working out so much that my confidence is high. I feel strong.0 -

I feel like we've lost people with checking in! Trying to keep it strong. I'll be out of the country in next month but I will still be keeping track!0 -
Yeah, I stopped counting at 10 binges on like the 12th of June! This isn't the first month to go downhill, and it won't be the last, either. BUT, July is right around the corner I have logged (mostly) all my food, and have continued to walk. I gave up the c25k program - I couldn't handle the appetite it gave me.0

You're right - next month is a new month and tomorrow (even sooner) is a new day! Keep it going!

I'm logging in early. Oh my, I didn't even know if I expected this I be a good month but it is certainly better than the others. Moments like this I'm very glad I've kept track..even though it's a lot harder at other times. Next month has new challenges since I'll be out of the country for ten days in Greece. I oh so excited for the trip & think being someone will prevent any binge tendencies. I'll still be logging but it might just be good ol' pen and paper since my wifi will be iffy.0 -

Was so close to binging last night. I planned it by choosing not to brush my teeth at the usual time. But it in the end the thing that saved me was sleepiness. Had to stay up so late (to binge in private) that I was too tired to eat.0 -

Only one true binge but lots of days over calories. I took a little break from logging this weekend too. Today, I'm heading back to the US for 6 weeks. Both nervous and excited. Will check back in as soon as I can. Have a great July everyone!0 -

I am taking a break from most MFP groups and threads. I will probably be back 100% in September. I am just a little burnt out and taking a much needed break. I am still logging my food and exercising.
