Sorry I haven't been around for awhile. I was on vacation this past week and the week before was pretty hectic getting ready for it. Lost track so I'm going to restart my May Binge challenge tomorrow (5/20).0

Doing okay. Not eating very well, which puts me close to foods that can trigger me.
I need to get more organized about my food. In particular, I need to be eating more fruits and veggies and less
quick and salty and fatty foods.0 -

I've started buying individual portions of the food I like (& are not unhealthy)..it really helps me control it but is just so much more $$..but right now the cost is worth my health. This is what I have to do.
