    Some rocky times going in and out of the kitchen over and over again, but not finding the food that would make me feel better, so I get water and go back t what I was doing, but pretty soon I'm back in the kitchen looking around...still haven't found "the food" that will make me feel good....

    No food will make you feel better. Feel your feelings. This is what I try to do. Sometimes it works and sometimes I eat my way through the feelings. All I can tell you is that when I do, I always end up feeling worse.

    I'm rooting for you and hope you don't find "the food".

    Haven't really had any big plans or gone out of town lately, and I think that's helped keep binges at bay. However, that makes me sad because of the fact that I've haven't had anything going on lately lol.

    I have not gone over my calories on any days, but 2 days were full on binges and the 3rd was a began to binge day and pulled it together to stop early on. Love this thread and you all are doing great....we are half way to June now!

    I was doing great, and then I lost 2 pounds....binge time. If I keep it to only one day, I will feel like I am making progress.

    I need to get to the root of my feelings about losing weight!!!!
