Tomorrow is a new day! Trying not to binge today but not going to over think it or bum out about it. I know it is a real struggle for me on weekends and 3 day weekends are no different.

Parties over the weekend gave me some trouble ("Since I don't know the calorie counts of this party food and probably already ate too much, I might as well have everything else I want today when I get home") :-\ I've tried not to get too upset over it as I didn't actually gain weight and I know I can still make better choices the rest of the month.0 -

Sigh. The guilt is kicking in. I felt so strong & was really focused, my mind was winning. And then I cracked, just when I think I'm normal. I'm very dedicated and my workouts, luckily, have been at an all time high. I'm looking forward to getting more running in as my sore calf heels. I'll get this.0 -
