I agree with everyone else but you have it easy my weight flex is from two pounds to three pounds but as long as im losing as a trend i dont worry about it! I just keep workout clothes for my "fat" week!

Im 5'6" my starting weight was 253 im 33 years old it will have been two years this Auust since i started MFP and religiously working out.Im at 150 now i eat around thirteen hundred calories a day and workout daily for about an hour sometimes a little more.I still have ten pounds to go! If I can do it you can do it!

i eat a tuna salad sandwich (comes premade in pouch) on sandwich thins along with baby carrots and some fresh celery and some kind of rice chips

Try shaking up your routine more reps or higher weight different type of cardio and make sure you have a rest day i was able to bust through my plateau recently and am almost on maintenance! i found i needed more weight training not more cardio! Stick with it you will succeed!:wink:

the elliptical is great for this^ helped me lose my big bum and thighs now i do some squats and lunges and i love the way my legs look!

its never too early for soup when you eat healthy time of dy does not hold me back from eating veges for breakfast go for it if you are cold!
