Thanks ya'll. I am making some mashed cauliflower right now. Going to grab some of those stem veggies this afternoon at grocery store. Just made 5 salads so I can grab them and go also. I am going to get some turkey and use it also. I like variety :-)

I am an EMT in SC. I gained alot of weight since going to work on the truck with not eating right and grabbing something quick and etc. Also do alot of emotional eating. Bad call= junk food. Trying to get out of it!

Way to go! Im starting on my diet again for the fourth time this week. Just can't stay on track. Hopefully we will both have will power and can do it!!! I contemplating joining the gym today also.

I have seen numerous of them over the past few years and they just tell me to loose weight lol I have had all kinds of blood work and other test and they dont findd anything

Protein is what I would be thinking. It wil help build up your energy if your able to eat solid foods. If not then go the jello, broth etc. route. Carbs are going to pile on sugar and make you feel even more like poo.... This is just my opinion... ;)

I suffer from PCOS and had several cyst back in the summer and when I would exercise I would get in so much pain. Swimming seemed to be the best exercise for me. I didnt hurt from it and was loosing the most weight while swimming. I would get in our pool and just swim around and keep moving.
