Another question. Does anyone have or use this oven? I usually forget to thaw & it looks like it would be healthy cooking. Or is it just one of those "To good to be true" things?

    My parents have one and absolutely freaking love it. I think it is OK but tends to dry the meat out somewhat more than pan cooking or roasting. The brag about cooking frozen meat is actually very true though. Yesterday for lunch I took a large frozen boneless chicken breast and cooked for about 12 minutes on one side, flipped and seasoned with Mrs. Dash and garlic powder and cook another 12 minutes. This came out very juicy and perfectly browned, which I chopped part for a salad and wife used the remained for a chicken sandwich.

    One advantage is no need for grease or oil to cook with. It is good to cook on every now and then, but not sure if I would want to cook every meal on it.

    I love mine!!! Cooks alot more grease off like it shows on TV....Bacon is awesome in it also.

    I bought my dad a Deni one for Christmas. He lovessss it. I would suggest doing more research!

    I have had mine for years, use it for whole chickens. It roasts beautiful and crisp and it is so frugal to use the healthy left over chicken meat for salads or tacos :) of course my whole chickens are not frozen when I put them in the nu wave. So I'm not sure if this helped you any.

    I love mine for frozen fish. I had never tried cauliflower/chickpeas with fish, but it all cooks together in 20 minutes. Fast and easy. Haven't tried pizza yet, but I just can't give up the stoneware for convenience.
