i quit two years ago after several failed attempts i went to my gp for help and used champix you don't have to go cold turkey accept all the help your offered each and everyone of us is different what works for some wont for others but oh my its so worth it in the end good luck to everyone the main thing is dont give up…

I have started to follow a low carb plan hoping to get a boost to my weight loss just eating more protein staying away from potatoes and pasta but still eating fruit and veg will see how it goes feel free to add me anyone :-)

im 5ft 2" and am a uk 14 once i am at my goal which i am aiming for the high end of healty BMI of 25 i hope to be a size 12 i would be very happy :smile:

By your calculations 21 points would only be 840 cals not 1200?? the usual daily allowance now is 26 points 26x40 =1040 cals but you can eat fruit and veg and you have you 49 weeklies you can earn more with activity and 1 ap point is cal at 70 cals so there is a buffer zone. Both diets are pretty much the same eat less…

Do you find a big difference between your HRM cals and what MFP calculates? I am off on a bike ride and i am going to compare just got my HRM :smile:

i have changed my goals i have increased my protein and reduced my carbs i seem to loss weight this way i do a fair bit of exercise and protein keeps me filled up :smile:

I am doing a 10k at the end of May it is quite a tough challenge but i am running 3x a week 2-3 miles and cross training 3x a week feeling fitter and better for it! :-)
