Overnight Oats are a great go to breakfast when you're in a rush. The combinations are endless too. All you have to do is soak your oats (I use 1/2 cup) in milk of your choice (I use unsweetened almond) with some chia seeds. Leave in the fridge overnight and the oats will have absorbed the liquid. You can also use Greek…

I do both as well. You can have them separate or mixed into your oats. Mixing them in doesn't really add a taste but it feels you up cos of the extra protein... I normally cook my oats as normal and at the end throuroughly mix in the egg whites and then microwave for a bit.

Cut into slices and spread peanut butter in between. Put in your morning oats. Freeze and use in smoothies/ blend to make faux icecream. Dip in greek yoghurt and freeze. Dip in chocolate and freeze. On crackers with cottage cheese and cinnamon possibilities are endless! I love bananas

I love mixing protein powder with my oats. I cook my oats as normal, adding slightly more water (or milk) than usual when cooking so they are pretty mushy. Take off heat and then stir through protein powder. My favourite is Turkish Delight protein powder topped with shredded coconut. Yum!

Hey hun, First of all, your weight for your height is fairly healthy and your goal is also fairly healthy too. If you can, get your body fat percentage measured and try on reducing that number by losing fat/ gaining muscle mass. Having more muscle will burn more fat just by existing and will help you look slimmer ( I have…

This ^^ Don't be afraid to eat fats when losing weight, just make sure they are the GOOD fats (avoid saturated and trans fats) Nuts/ seeds, natural nut butters, avocados, olive / coconut oil, olives and oily fish (like salmon) will give you lots of calories without making you feel over full. Hope this helps :)
