egg beaters, egg whites, skinless chicken breasts, turkey sausage, chicken sausage, TONS of spinach and green beans (frozen since it's cheaper, then steamed), chobani non-fat yogurt, fat free milk, fat free half and half (yes it's probably full of chemicals but i refuse to give up half and half!), 90% lean ground beef, oatmeal, lower-calorie granola (e.g. bear naked fit vanilla almond). i've also found myself purchasing a lot of herbs and spices lately. it helps tremendously with the flavor of "boring heath foods".0

Porridge!
It feels me up, its lovely and warm plus it takes an age to digest as its oats so keeps me full for an age! And with skimmed milk I can add a dollop of chocolate spread to it to make it taste even better! Oddly enough my chocolate-porridge variation comes out LESS in calories then a bowl of Special K with the same milk o_O but I do tend to have a big bowl!0 -

Then we supplement. Sometimes we buy fish (usually salmon), and once a month we buy beef (lean, ground, and organic) or chicken or pork. I usually don't eat that because meat just grosses me out LOL.0 -

There are so many but some I my fav go to foods are:
Avocado - such a great source of the essential "good fats" ( helps best away cravings for fatty foods) its wonderful for your skin, a good source of protein and also lecithin (aka brain food)
Shiitake mushrooms - definitely a super food, contains germanium which inhances cellular immunity, great immune system food among other things
Instant miso soup - its tasty, low cal and fills me up I between meals.
Quinoa - I love cous cous, quinoa is a healthy low cal alternative that u can use in basically all the same ways.
Broccoli - bit of a wonder food, vit A, vit C, sulfur iron and a great natural source of calcium
Spinach - I use it in so much, very low cal good source of chlorophyll and heaps I vitamins and yum.
Garlic - aside from being a great wat to naturally ad flavor to meals ...to many reasons to list from immune to nutrients and so many properties .. Everyone should include fresh garlic into their diet
Shirataki noodles - not a whole lot of nutritional content but a great an very filling noodle substitute with basically no calorieS
Egg whites - everyone knows about egg whites and protein ( some times I stir them through some miso)
Turkey - turkey is one of the leanest meats you can eat. Turkey fat does however contain triptozine which can make you drowsy ( ever wonder why everyone gets so sleepy after Christmas dinner)
Yoplait for me yogurts - super yum and only 70 cal per tub.
Seaweed - sea plants have 10 - 20 times the minerals as land plants and choccas full of vitamins and nutrients. Definately another superfood again with to many properties to list good for the lymphatic system and body swelling and lowering cholesterol and fats in the blood stream and supposedly help prevent the storage of fat in the body.
They are just some of my favs
Hope it's helpful0
