My normal shopping cart: lean ground beef, boneless skinless chicken breast, tuna, cabbage, spinach, frozen vegetables (usually corn, green beans, peas, edamame, whatever's cheap), egg whites (I don't like the taste of yolks), oats, peanut butter, beans/lentils, brown rice

Smucker's All Natural PB, Thomas' Whole Grain English Muffins, Eggland's Best Eggs, liquid egg whites in a carton, chicken, tuna, tilapia, grass-fed 92% lean grown beef, olive oil, coconut oil, organic butter (no grass-fed butter available in my area) brown rice, quinoa, frozen veggies, frozen or fresh fruit, I eat a banana almost every day, Chobani nonfat Greek yogurt, dark chocolate squares, Shakeology, coconut milk and recipes from Gina's Skinny Taste or Bodybuilding.com. Hope all that helps!
