So I've been eating clean for some time now and looking to expand the list of foods I currently eat. Tell me some of your favourite clean foods that I can find in supermarkets or health food shops. Keen to try anything... fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds etc. :)

Chickpea query
Hi! I am aware that chickpeas are a good source of protein but also contain carbs. My trainer has told me to avoid my carbs (fruit, brown rice,m sweet potato etc.) after lunch (other than veges etc) Would chickpeas be considered a carb in this circumstance? Thanks in advance x

I am a 22 year old female. 165cm (65 inches) tall. 60.7kg (about 134 pounds). I lost over 30kg (66 pounds) doing a very low calorie meal replacement diet ( I know, I know! I'm about to start a 12 week clean eating challenge and the diet plan says I should take 3 fish oil tablets with my 3 main meals. Can anyone tell me why so much? Is it necessary? What are the benefits of fish oil?
