Ideal Female Body Fat Percent

Hello MyFitnessPal-ers!
I was just wondering what a good body fat percentage is good to aim for. I know it should be about me being happy in my own skin etc. I was just wondering everybody else's thoughts. I am not looking to be super buff... I still want to look feminine but nice and toned with a little definition.
I lost over 30kg doing meal replacement and lost mostly muscle in this process (uneducated at the time) so I've been working on getting body fat down/ build muscle back... and therefore think I might be quite high.
My stats
Height: 165cm
Age: 22
Weight: 58.4kg (~ 128 pounds)
Body Fat: 22.3%
Thanks for your opinions/ suggestions/ feedback
xx

22.3% is not high for a female at all, I think it falls right into the healthy/normal range. My personal goal is 18-20%, and I believe you start seeing muscle definition around 18%. I think 20% would be what you're looking for, slim but not very muscular looking.
eta: http://www.leighpeele.com/body-fat-pictures-and-percentages has a few pictures of varying amounts of body fat, so you can decide for yourself, although it largely depends on how much muscle you have.0 -
Thanks for that. Anybody else have an opinion?0
