I've been on 50-60g of carbs/150-170g of protein a day and I've consistently lost 2 pounds over the last 4 weeks, with 4 pounds the first week. For me the high protein/low carbohydrate diet is doing it's job! Btw, just for reference, my daily goals set by MFP are 220g carbs/60g protein a day.
