I don't work out till the evening, and I can't just eat another 1000 calories right before I get to bed.. How do I fix this?? I can't change my gym time.. It's really the best time for me.. But my scale has not budged in a several days and I'm not sure why.. Very frustrated.

Try a different brand of tennis shoes.. Look for ones that have a "duck" front. (i.e. really rounded at the wides part of the foot, then slim in the heel.). I have wide feet as well.. Personally, i think the elliptical is more fun! When i am on it the time goes by WAY quicker... it's easier on your body and burns more calories.. I don't feel nearly as odd after getting off the elliptial as I do the tread. just my opinion.

Try some weight training. You can do some leg lifts and resistance work without involving your feet at all.!! it's not cardio, and it doesn't do much burning, but it helps build muscle for burning. Sit on your bum and work on those arms!!!
