I over estimate all my food.. and underestimate my exercise. I don't go under 1200 on calories.. I have maybe like 3 times... but not by much. I have gone over 2000 about 4 times.. I'm happy with 6 pounds... but 9 would be better! I get a prize when I get to 10 lol.. so I'm not patient.

yes.. I'm going to have a protien shake today.. and I will almost meet my goal today! But I did go over on my carbs :( and still 50 calories under my goal though

I have that problem too.. I can't get to my calorie goal with out going over my carbs (I"m at 40-30-30 for nutrients).. and my protien is always behind! What should I do? Eat just slabs of cooked chicken? Gross lol. I try to add one table spoon of peanut butter to my oat meal in the morning to help.... and I think I'm…

This is so helpful! I am so hungry at night, but run out of calories left to eat anything! I am NEVER hungry in the morning.. so now I can just save those calories for dinner?

Sorry everyone! I put about 1 pound of chicken breast in cut in bite sized pieces. :) You can also make it with beef! (I prefer this, but it's more calories)

a normal meal is like a turkey sandwhich with some carrots and a piece of fruit.... with these percentages I can only use one piece of bread for a sandwhich! lol but good news is... I'm 138 this morning!!! happy about that.

I change my goals to be the 40 30 30. that was recommended from that link.. and it's very depressing! I feel like I can't eat any normal meals! and even two pieces of fruit put me over the carbs.. what the heck am I suppose to eat? hunks of grilled chicken all day?
