  • Exact same height and weight as you! I'm a vegetarian so we don't have the paleo in common but I have cut out all processed food and most grains. Plus I just started the Ripped in 30 yesterday...it's also by Jillian but I'm not sure how similar. Adding you.

  • I also have a fairly active job. I entered "lightly active" at the start and don't add up calories lost by just moving around.
  • Ah thanks guys! I just got the shoes and other than the fact that they are very light and comfy I don't know if they're good or not. I'll keep all your suggestions in mind.
  • I do my inhaler about 10 minutes before I start running as stated above. Works like a charm.
  • Biggest fan right here! I have read the entire series 10 times and have read HPB and DH additional times. I watch a few of the movies every week and read quite a lot of fanfiction. Planning on two HP tattoos as soon as this weight is off. Oh and all of my 20 goldfish are named after wand-trees or potion ingredients.
  • I made a great one today, my two year old loved it. 2 handfuls spinach 2 med carrots 5ish small broccoli florets one green apple 1/4 gala apple (I ate the rest, lol) 1/4 honeydew melon Around 2 cups pineapple (I used the tough middle part, a leftover grilled slice and a few extra chunks)

  • Vegetarian for three years, only animal product we eat is unprocessed cheese and butter. My daughter is 2.5 years old and has never had meat or eggs. Add me! I'd like some veg friends!
  • I go for lots of fruits and veg, moderate servings of whole grain carbs...less processed stuff. I stay away from the highly processed diet food. For me it's a lot more than counting calories. Also- I just found out the Youtube has tons of really great exercise videos for all skill levels. Good Luck!
