Hi All
I'm new to this app, and have no idea where to start. I know what my calorie allowance is, but that's about it. Is there any diet advice on here as to what you should be eating, or is it just the common sense approach of eating loads of fruit and veg etc.
Any help, advice or tips is much appreciated. x

I go for lots of fruits and veg, moderate servings of whole grain carbs...less processed stuff. I stay away from the highly processed diet food. For me it's a lot more than counting calories.
Also- I just found out the Youtube has tons of really great exercise videos for all skill levels. Good Luck!0
