You need more calories when working out for the energy. So u don't plateau. Oo I will try the dips and stuff . I always feel full so eat very little I just want to get it to 1200 each day. Thanks for that

I have the same problem. I struggle to get any where near 1200. I can't physically fit more in so I am looking for high cal foods . I can't eat nuts or olive oils though so it's hard. I have lost over 60 kgs so far but training in Muay Thai and boxing every day . I will try to raise mine if you raise yours
