if i'm bumping up to calories I use cheese (mmmm cheeeeeeeeese), avocado, full fat yoghurt, sunflower seeds in my salads etc, crackers and dip...basically if you need more calories, eat more food! :)
  • You need more calories when working out for the energy. So u don't plateau. Oo I will try the dips and stuff .

I always feel full so eat very little I just want to get it to 1200 each day.

    Thanks for that

Yep def shoot for dips, full fat dairy, oil in stirfries and pasta etc.... it adds up
  • Cool thanks. It's weird getting your head around eating more lol after losing so much. But I want to do body building as well so need to change . How many cals do you think are a good starter ?
  • I haven't used diary for a while cause it was always telling me off. Lol

I would be stoked to get to 1000 looking at history

total daily energy expenditure. IE how much you're burning in a typical day, including exercise.
  • Cool thanks ill have a look
  • Maybe I'm tired but I don't really get it

i'm exhausted so this may or may not make sense.

    There are two numbers generated.

BMR is the number you must eat over. This is the basic number of calories your particular body needs to function at the absolute minimum level.

TDEE is the number you must eat under to lose weight. This is the combined amount of energy you burn going through your normal daily life.

Most people starting out eat 10-20% less than their TDEE number, as long as it's over their BMR number, and see results, so I'm told. Worked for me....
  • Ok cool got it now thank you so much
  • Omg 1532. And 2911.

So I need to get up to 1532. Lol this is going to be fun
