You can go to your local gym and ask for a trainer to give you a body % test. They will measure your skin in a bunch of differant places.

Keep up the good work everyone! Starting week four and feel great just getting to the point that I can do the whole workout without being dead meat, month 2 im sure is going to be hard. I will keep you guys posted on how bad.

Im in the middle of week three and love it. Doing insanity has helped my cardio so much. Three weeks ago I had a hard time running 3 miles and now I can run 3 without feeling like I'm dieing.
