Lay on your side with a towel under your head & drip a mixture of rubbing alchohol and warm water into your ear. Stuff a cotton ball into your outer ear so it won't drip out right away...

Yes, I do. Especially when I am at work all day and tempted to nibble at snacks when I'm at my desk. Knowing how many calories I will be eating for the day - and that they are all accounted for and will be delicious - totally helps me keep on track. :)

I have been using it for a year, and I haven't noticed any weight gain. In fact, when I first started using it, I lost a few pounds (though I've gained them back due to sitting all day at work and munching). It is really easy to use and I've had no really weird side effects.
