Hey folks! I hope this is the right section to be posting this in! On Saturday I weighed myself because I started a challenge to lose 5 lbs in October. When I got on the scale, I was surprised to see my weight was a good 6 lbs heavier than the last time I weighed myself. I got off, saw it set back to zero, then got back on. This time, I was about 5 lbs less than my last recorded weight! I tried a couple more times to get very different weights each time. This is a traditional, non-electric scale which I've had since probably 2003. I don't know how long scales normally last but its giving me such different measurements in no time at all, I think its time for an upgrade! XD

Can you guys recommend a good scale that doesn't break the bank? I care about the truth when it comes to weight loss so I won't be bummed if I get on a better scale and discover I'm heavier than I realized.

  • I was about to post the SAME question! I have a scale at home (non-digital) that tells me I am 10-15 lbs lighter than my mother's scale and my boyfriend's parent's scale...which is okay...just...not helping me live in the light of reality! :)

Anyone who can recommend a scale that is accurate, dependable, and not hugely expensive would be wonderful!!
