I lift 3-4 x a week. I do cardio 5-6x a week.

We all fall off the wagon at some point. Pick yourself up, and start over!! This is a new lifestyle. It will take some time to get in the habit of eating healthy. Today is a new day!!

I was having this problem too. Save some calories for night and have a healthy, filling snack light like almonds, cashews or peanut butter.

Kashi go lean cereal has high protein and fiber with soy milk (more protein), eggs & turkey bacon, oatmeal mixed with plain greek yogurt (no sugar) & fruit sweetened with Stevia.

I usually work out for 60 min, some days 90 min. If your workout sessions are 30 min or less, then working out 2-3 times a day would be okay.

She may need to eat more or try zigzag her calories as someone else suggested. Also, have her check her sugar & carb intake.
