I love apples because they are very filling. When I'm hungry and before I reach for something I shouldn't have I eat an apple. Another favorite are banana's. Also like hot air popcorn, carrot sticks, celery with Natural peanut butter and Greek Yogurt. Another favorite are vegetable chips but I tend to over eat those.

Yes, I did finish Insanity! At first it was really hard to make it through. The first time I did the fit test it wasn't too great. You do the fit test every two weeks. Make sure you do it because you will be amazed how you improve. My stamina is a lot better now as well as my abs.

Exercise makes a huge difference! If you aren't exercising you may want to add that. Plus you need to get enough calories to keep your metabolism up. Make sure you get enough water too. There are many great exercise dvd's to pick from. Good Luck!

Maybe you can try eating all the foods you were use to but in smaller portions. Don't let it stress you out. Do you like exercise; it can be a great stress reducer.
