Thank you all for your responses! It's going to be difficult but I will indeed work on one thing at a time. I know almost everyone suggested eating fresh foods, I'm not sure how to cook from scratch so if someone could tell me a great website to learn from that would be awesome. Thank you all again.

I seen a nutritionist who weighed more then me. Her advice seemed great but since I never tried it, I wondered if it even worked.

I just want to add my opinion. Losing a lot of weight too quickly is extremely dangerous. Just be careful. :)

Don't ever let anyone control what you eat, how much you eat, if you exercise, etc. It's YOUR body no one else's. I understand wanting to please someone more then anything. I think you're a strong lady. Keep your head up and only do what you want to do. :)

Well this is my 5th day and I put everything in correctly. However 2 days I did not add the 2 five calorie packets of crystal light I've drank. I am getting a gym membership soon, I suffer from anxiety and I feel the exact same way. I'm really scared to go to the gym but I'm going to push myself and not worry about what others are thinking because I am only there for one reason and that is to lose weight and be healthy :)

I'm 19 5'4 as well, with 100 pounds to lose! I plan on starting at the beginning of the year, I'm told it's not a good idea to put it off, however I am because I am making a plan so I can actually be successful this time!
