I just started mine this week. I go ahead and add them to the water the night before. Today I put them in my eggs I had for breakfast and I used one tablespoon in addition to 2T of salad dressing on my salad. I can not wait to read what others do.

I am doing plan A with a twist. We have big meals at both our parents homes so I am also making some items I know will be "safer' for me to eat. Also my third day will be the Saturday after Thanksgiving because it is our annual day we go to get the Christmas trees and we eat out two meals. I will be good but it is hard…
