Good Blog Location?

Anyone have any suggestions on a good blog location?
I've used BLogspot for years, I put my heart and sole into it, but due to having to close my account (personal reason). I lost everything.
Here is my criteria for a blog website:
1. Anyone can comment without having to sign up for the site
2. I can have multiple pages
3. Easy to learn and reorganize
4. Able to post pictures and what not easily
Preferably free, but I won't shoot down a site even if I have to pay.
