Starting Weight : 177 Current Weight: 172 I think what really made a difference for me this week is logging my food. That kept me in my calorie range and helped me make better food choices.

I know! The only bad side effect of drinking all that H2O is all the potty breaks. I hate it when my bladder wakes me up from a deep sleep.

My bootcamp trainer told me that you burn less calories if you are dehydrated. I definitely want to boost my calorie burn, so I plan on getting my 64oz plus in. Sometimes I throw an Emergen-C in to my 24oz bottle for a little flavor and an extra boost of vitamin C.
