  • Most restaurants will accommodate peoples dietary requests. I would call ahead. Explain to them what you are looking for and see if they can help. I understand the fear, its a slippery slope with one or two cheat meals. Calling ahead will be your best bet!
  • If you can get to bulk barn they have a crazy amount of bars. They might be able to order them in for you.
  • I use Greek yogurt (plain) in EVERYTHING! I have even discovered that if you mix some in with Dijon and add to tuna it tastes like your eating full fat mayo! Yummers!
