Thank you ladies. So do I need to change my calorie goals? I know you can't gain muscle on a deficit.

I really live to lift,it's for sure my favorite workout. I just dont know if I have to switch to a more cardio based workout plan to meet my goals.

I work in retail so.... When people don't hand you money in your hand and fling it across the counter like i'm not a human being! That's the number they gave me when I plugged in my goal here. I try to consume between 1200 and 1300. 1300 on workout days.

I'm probably going to start a meal plan tomarrow because i'm coming off a binge :( i'm going to do oatmeal and blueberries every morning.Fruit or yogurt on alternating days,and no carbs after noon,only leafy greens and lean protien.Lets see how it goes wish me luck :)

I will have a cheat meal when I really am craving something and make sure to balance it out with cardio and water. Today I ate clean all day and had Taco Bell. I know its not perfect .
