To lose fat or not to lose fat. Advice needed from women who lift.
I've been hearing alot of contradicting things about weather to lose all my weight first then try to gain muscle after, on the other hand I spoke to a trainer and he said if I gain lean muscle first it will help me to burn more fat while performing excercise. I've done research myself,most is for men though.

Oil pulling??
I started oil pulling at the beggining of this year but stopped after about three days because I didnt have the right oil,and my mouth was getting tired,and my job requires to chit chat all day :)I'm wanting to give it a second try and was wondering if anyone has had success with it.Thanks :)

Building muscle for fat girls....
Hey guys! I'm really wanting to incorprate stregth training into my workouts that has primarily been walking and pilates.My goal is to gain 10 pounds of lean muscle. I wanted to know what is a reasonable time frame to do this. I also wanted to know if smaller weights and more reps will give lean muscle or vice vera?

does your body ever get used to soo much water?
So I statred really focusing on water consumption today!My goal was 80 ounces! It felt good to complete my goal,but i peed every 15 minutes! Will you eventually stop peeing as much once your body is hydrated.I felt like I was annoying everyone at work too,so I was super bummed :(

HIIT on the elliptical,need advice please

getting enough without going over?
-So I have been paying attention to my nutrion portion of my food Reports and realise I never meat my protien goal...so now as i'm trying to plan my meams out I can't seem to get all my protien in without going over my calorie goal.Does anyone have any advice on how to get more protien in without the extra calories?\

what does "calories earned for exercising mean"
So I just recently started using the exercise log,and when I finish my food journal it say I have calories "earned".Am i supposed to eat extra calories that are earned?I know it's stupid but i'm confused :(

Is the whole grain in brown rice worth the calories?
I was doing some label reading and 1/4 cup of brown rice is 140 calories!Compared to Jasmine rice wich was 70 calories for 1/4 cup.So is brown rice still better to use in dishes even though it's higher in calories?
