getting enough without going over?

-So I have been paying attention to my nutrion portion of my food Reports and realise I never meat my protien goal...so now as i'm trying to plan my meams out I can't seem to get all my protien in without going over my calorie goal.Does anyone have any advice on how to get more protien in without the extra calories?\

    Lean proteins like chicken breast, ground turkey, etc.

    Perdue Perfect portions are pre-cut, boneless chicken breast. You can eat two, get a load of protein for under 300 calories. Of course, you can just buy regular chicken breast.

    most days you are way way way below a healthy net calorie day.. you can eat more

    proteins = anything with a face, protein powder can help to.

    i'm trying to have a food defecit of 3500 a week to lose 2 pounds a week,i still am afraid to eat back my exercise cals
