How do I log it under my exercise?when i typed it in,it said not found?

  • I put it under 'calisthenics' (vigorous for me but it depends on what you put into it) - for the allotted time.
    I sometimes wear a heart monitor/calorie counter when i do the routines just to make sure the numbers are right - and make sure the numbers are close

  • I highly suggestinvsting in a HRM. I tend to vary on calories during insanity. :)
