All u can eat Sushi, and later on that night cake, icecream and maybe some drinks. I fast almost all day before going to have dinner at an all u can eat sushi place though. This is a real cheat day for me and I gain 2/3 kgs instantly the next day from water weight or just the food in my body haha.

I actually haven't tried to use it as a dressing... I only tried it with water or just a spoonful every day. I might try it again for sauces or dressings that are low in calories. Thanks for the tip!

I have jefit and I find it incredibly useful.. you can put in your work out sets and reps and calculate your 1 rep maxes. track your progress with picttures and but I just use notebook and pen to write my training in. Most of the time of the time I put my phone away while I am in the gym so that I wont be distracted.

My multivitamin, some leaves of lettuce, or onion. And occasionally when Im having a cappucino somewhere I dont log it as well. Oh and sometimes when i have cheatdays with all u can eat sushi i dont log anything at all that day :)

I lift 4 or 5 times a week depending how busy I am or if I need an extra day for recovery. I basically lift to get stronger in my Deadlift, Squat and Benchpress. I love advocados and I could eat them with everything... problem is they tend to be bit expensive. I love advocado in my sushi or just plain with salt or in my chicken breast sandwich with some chili sauce :D
