  • Hi Chris, I wouldn't say that I'm a cycling enthusiast to your degree but I do enjoy getting the old push iron out! Up until two years ago I lived in Holland, for 10 years or so, and we practically cycled everywhere; didn't have a car for the first six years! Since repatriating I'm still getting used to cycling on the good…
  • Just watched TBL US season 13 ep 1; this time the trainers are just Bob and Dolvett and the season theme is 'No Excuses!' The contestants first challenge was even before they got through the gates of the ranch and one poor couple got sent straight home; didn't even make it through the gates and onto the ranch! Still if…

  • Personally I don't trust them so I use the readout from my heart rate monitor; still not 100% accurate but a damn site nearer as you load in your personal stats.
  • Sorry to hear about your dog. I had to put my baby to sleep a few months ago. Yen was an American Akita and I'd had for 16 years; it hurts mate so no worries! With regards to stopping smoking I had some cigs left over myself this morning and (yep colour me weak!) I smoked them! And my better half also smokes so how's about…

  • The idea behind this is to have a bit of fun; set personal bests and kick them to the kerb month after month! Go for it sir!
  • I download most of the tv that I watch so I get to see shows the day after the air in the US and Oz. Here is a link to the latest US TBL 'The Battle of the Ages': http://www.nbc.com/the-biggest-loser/
  • Watching season 12, up to episode 10, of the latest US Biggest Loser and it's a good one! The Ozzie TBL, season 7, is due to air early in 2012

  • In Europe my two favourite cities/towns are Berlin and Scheveningen (in Holland); lived in both places and miss them both so much!

  • Was you doing the WOD from the site or did he put together his own routines?
