Yes, yes, yes! I notice over the summer that I lose the weight since I have more time to work out and make my own meals. The last few semesters I took 19 credits and this semester I start a Masters Program. However, once school starts up there are days where I feel like "do I really want to make dinner or do I want to…

Holy starvation batman!! You need to eat way more than that. Have you looked into seeing a nutritionist or anything like that? Don't give up, quitting smoking and losing any weight is a great accomplishment. Maybe you just need to tweak what you're eating a little bit?

My husband and I go to the gym together, but do our separate thing when we get there. We ran together once and he kicked my butt. Made me question if my 8 minute mile pace was as great as I thought it was, haha.

I see it!!! Your stomach is slimmer and your butt and legs are more toned! Your face also looks slimmer. It's hard to see it on yourself, I feel the same way sometimes. Measuring yourself helps confirm your results!

You'll be fine! You'd be surprised how many calories can be in recipes and how small the portions are. I would just throw an extra work out day in the mix and start new tomorrow. 3,000 in one night isn't going to make you gain all the weight you've lost back. Just keep at it! :]

Love this!

That seriously looks amazing..

I stopped going to the gym the week before finals and started going again a few days before New Years. It didn't help that it was about 20 degrees outside with snow (and since we were trying to conserve our oil heat in our house before we moved, we kept our house at 50-55 so it was just freaking cold all the time.) So…

I don't know, I have very fond memories of Christmas when I was a kid. My parents went all out to make it seem like there was really a Santa Clause. They also made sure to make a point what the meaning of Saint Nicholas was as well. My family isn't overly religious, but they believe in the meaning of Saint Nicholas around…

I always had one gel at around 9ish miles when I did half marathons. Of course I always trained with gels as well, so it was ok on my stomach. So I would suggest just running in the half the same way you trained. If you have awhile until the half, then try using gels or whatever during a practice run and see how it goes.…

I can use some support as well! Feel free to add me! :]

I'm not an expert by any means, but I think you're consuming way too much sodium. You're probably retaining quite a bit of water because of it. I mean I've been losing over the past 3-4 weeks, but one week I randomly gained 3 lbs because it was that time of the month. It wasn't fat or muscle, it was just water. Try eating…

I've been using whey protein for years, especially after long runs or when I do cardio mixed with weights. Personally I think it would be fine to take with any work out where you break a good sweat. However, if it's only a light work out I wouldn't take it. I noticed a difference using it. That's just my 2 cents though.

I feel your pain, life just becomes overwhelming sometimes and makes it easy to gain the weight back. Use those frustrated feelings as a reminder to not fall off the waggon again. Although my ticker says I've only lost 1 lb (I just started using this) I've lost about 60 lbs total over time. I've gained 10 lbs back and…
