Work lunch:

Bacon and tomato on toast:
Beef, salad, broccoli and potatoes -- the white cheese on the salad was meant to be 'black truffle feta' but it was more like cream cheese, I didn't love it.
Potato and prawn salad:
Rice, avocado and prawn salad, with mango dressing:
Lastly, paprika pork chop, kumara, broccoli and feta/beetroot salad:

I really wish that i wasn't a picky person.... so many of these foods look good except for the few ingredients that either look un-tasty so i've never had them or are things i know i don't like xD0

Broiled turkey breast, bacon-and-Roquefort mashed fingerlings with thyme, basic side salad with Greek yogurt dressing.
Salad with broiled pork and Roquefort, (over-)steamed broccoli.0 -
Last night's dinner -- paella mix over couscous and veggies, side of corn. Everything was delicious except for the seafood, which was truly horrible. Blecccccchhhh. We threw most of it out; my son had deli turkey and salad instead and I settled for using the extra calories on booze.0 -

One of my favorite things to make (and eat) a jibarito de bistec which is a sandwich made of fried green plantains sliced length wise in half and then flattened as the "bread" and a filling of thinly sliced steak slow cooked in a marinade of onions, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, sofrito, a touch of salt, and tomato sauce till tender and full of flavor..cheddar cheese (or American), lettuce, tomato, and a thin layer of ketchumayo (which is ketchup, mayo, garlic, and hot sauce all mixed together) spread on each plantain half.

Last night's dinner: tri-color rotini with broiled pork, tomatoes, cheddar, and pesto; steamed broccoli.

I have spent an embarrassing amount of time perving on food pictures in this thread whilst I'm supposed to be working/sleeping/doing something un-food-related and have never posted any of my own dinners, so here it is!
Courgette 'pasta' with a creamy spicy chorizo and red pepper sauce with grated carrot! Delicious!
