    post workout breakfast! one half bagel with sour cream, nuked egg and chilli powder, the other half with chunky peanut butter, bananas and cinnamon powder. eaten with homemade coconut jelly!

    All the burgers are just things i think up, most of my other dishes are the same. I'll follow recipes here and there but the majority of stuff i do not
