Made myself a tiramisu 'parfait' as a snack :drinker:
Simply a 'spoon biscuit' (having no clue of how to call those in english) dipped in an espresso shot, greek yogurt mixed with a dash of sugar, a couple of raspberries, another spoon biscuit topped of with the rest of the sweetened yogurt~ edit: and a quarter of a teaspoon cocoa powder on the top :smooched:

Officially in love. DEFINITELY trying that sometime soon. Maybe tonight. THANK YOU for the idea!

Gosh, you're welcome :blushing: ! Even though the greek yogurt isn't as rich as mascarpone is (I reckon you could, if it still is too liquid for your taste, thicken it out with a cheese cloth or a simple paper towel), the outcome still is very satisfying and light tasting
Just as a tip, be sure to make it INTO something (like a large coffee cup) as it probably wouldn't hold its shape properly otherwise and err... would yield a (delicious) puddle

Corned beef, horseradish cream, pumpkin, asparagus and beans.

    Roast chicken, spinach and pumpkin.

I brought a few 'fancy' toppings from a very fancy sweet/cake store - so I had a taste test with them on plain Chobani.
I got salted caramel sauce, caramelized cocoa nibs and seeds/nuts. And the back one is salted ginger crumble.

Porridge with salted caramel and banana's.

When I was a kid, my mom did Weight Watchers and she always ate the same thing for breakfast - two plain rice cakes with PB and sliced banana. I fell in love with it! Made it today for breakfast as a little trip down memory lane.

Seeing all these yummy meals makes me remember how horrible I am at cooking. Which one of you can I hire to make all this wonderful food for me?
