    it is a durian. everyone's tastes varies on it, you either love it or hate it. i love it, my mom stays ten feet away from it. xD grandparent's house has so many durian trees in the backyard, so i always have it. xD

    I guess I'd do the same with veggies, but I prefer to let others gawk when I go and get thirds or fourths :drinker:

    Chicken, sausage, lentil, barley and vege soup. It was actually a bit bland, so the next day I added chargrilled peppers and it pepped right up :wink:

    The concept of my blog is simple: Every night (at least every night that I can manage it) I upload a snapshot of my dinner. If I'm moved to do so, I may include the recipe or maybe I'll wax poetic in some way. Some nights it will be (hopefully) something I'm proud to share. Other nights, well...let me just say I know it won't always be pretty. It's a bit of an experiment, so let's see how it goes.

    ERMAHGERRD I just had an absolutely delicious dinner! it was MASSIVE but figured since I had already logged everything might as well munch the lot! Could defo have less next time, and push the cals down from the 600 odd place they sat. I adapted it from here: http://www.mylifeasamrs.com/2011/05/sweet-potato-crusted-fish-with-cilantro-lime-vinaigrette.html but made it healthier i.e. less oil in pan, less vinaigrette, no feta cheese and it was still MMM MMM MMM.

    So basa fillet coated in grated sweet potato served with a chilli lime cilantro vinaigrette, black beans and a veritable smorgasbord of veggies. OOOHHHH SO FULL TASTY TIMES.
