I love spiralized zucchini. I use it instead of pasta and it is so tasty, healthy, and low calorie. Spaghetti squash too!!

Hi! I started at 200 after giving birth to my son, and am at 183 now. I got down to 112 several years ago with MFP, but aiming for around 125-130 this time. 5'4 as well :)
-
You can add me :) I lost 50 pounds with mfp before, then life happened and I got pregnant and gained a ton. Looking to lose 50 again!

I love Quest bars! High protein, high fiber, low sugar, and taste great! I also love their protein chips! The BBQ flavor is my favorite!!

Totally agree with the above poster: spaghetti squash. It's delicious, healthy, low-cal, and so filling. For me it's a good way to satisfy a pasta craving without the extra calories.

You can add me too :) Just had my little guy 3.5 months ago, and working on getting my pre-baby body back and then some! Definitely not used to this flabby stomach and stretch marks :(

I do the same thing. I look way more to the weekly goals than the individual days, so I don't freak out if I am going out to a restaurant or a party. I get to enjoy a night out and still stay on track!

http://www.calculator.net/body-type-calculator.html That's the website :)

It's from Victoria's Secret, from about 3 years ago (bought it for my honeymoon and haven't been able to wear it since that summer!)

I actually always thought I had an hour glass because I've always had a chest and big hips (no butt though!). But then I actually found a website that another MFPer talked about in a post, where you can put in your measurements and it tells you what body type you are. I'm actually a banana or straight, as some call it,…

I honestly did not really have an exercise routine, but I work with preschoolers so running around on the playground is part of my job :). I did 1200 calories a day and really focused more on the weekly calorie goal for that, as opposed to the daily. Now I am upping my calories to maintenance and beginning a weight…

Thanks everyone! I did this mostly with calorie counting and only sporadic exercise until recently, when I've begun weight training. I did IF, which I really enjoyed and will probably continue even now in maintenance. I started at the end of November, so it took me about 7 months to lose the weight. For me personally, I…

What a beautiful story, definitely the greatest "MFP Success Story" I have ever seen. Congrats and best wishes for a happy and healthy life together!

Me too!

IF, IF, IF. I never eat breakfast and my metabolism is doing just fine thanks. I've lost 35 pounds, fit in a size 2/4, am seeing more muscle tone and definition than ever before, and I have not plateaued at all.

I try to eat high fiber foods, as they keep me feeling fuller longer. Black bean soup is one of my favorites; so delicious, healthy, and filling! Besides drinking water, I also like to drink a warm beverage, like tea, which seems to fill me up on those days. Hope this helps!

Great job!!!

I love filet mignon topped with gorganzola cheese, it is my all-time favorite! I can still fit this into my daily calories too (just have to go easy on the side dishes and bread basket).
-
You look fantastic! Great job!!

I'm originally from Suffolk County on LI, but I've lived in Poughkeepsie for almost 10 years now :)

Did the same thing tonight! My husband brought home a huge loaf of fresh Italian bread from my favorite bakery. I had two pieces of it (and my hubby had some!), and then I promptly threw it in the garbage and cleaned my cats' litter box on top of it. Bread is my weakness, and I knew if I kept it around to have some over…

I look more at the whole week, as opposed to just one day. If you meet your overall NET calorie goal for the week, you should be fine. You can look at the weekly summary tool on here, and it will show you. So I personally think that it's okay to make up for a bad eating day with exercise over the next couple of days!
-
Congrats! I used to do the EXACT same thing! Stuffing an extra burger or order of fries in my mouth in the car, then hiding the evidence. Eating in the car by myself in general was always a big thing with me. When I went grocery shopping, I had to buy something to eat on the car ride home. The very long 5-10 minute car…

We were actively trying from October 2010 (right after we lost the baby), till about this summer. I was stressing myself out terribly, trying every trick I could find. We then decided to calm down and right now are not preventing, but not planning (because of our trip!)

Hi, I am trying to conceive as well. About a year and a half ago, I suffered a miscarriage. I put on weight partially because I was depressed about that and stressing myself out trying to conceive. My husband and I actually won a trip to Paris in September, so we are temporarily putting it on hold for that. I would be…

I love these!!

Just finished my first day: wow! I'm so out of shape! It kicked my butt! It felt good though. My goal is to be able to do a real pushup. How do you guys log it?
