Excercise calories - Bad eating days....Help, Please.

Hello everyone, welcome to a new week! I have a question about my exercise earned calories (which I should eat), and dealing with not so great days in a week.
Let's say I had one really bad day of eating and unwise choices and no exercise. If I do exercise for an hour each day after that should I not eat those exercise calories for a couple of days to make up for that awful day. I am genuinely seeking help with this concern, please help me answer this if anyone can. I truly appreciate it.
Thank you, everyone.

I look more at the whole week, as opposed to just one day. If you meet your overall NET calorie goal for the week, you should be fine. You can look at the weekly summary tool on here, and it will show you. So I personally think that it's okay to make up for a bad eating day with exercise over the next couple of days!0
