I'm back on day 5. Had a gynecologic situation come up. But I'm recovered from my procedure and plan on doing day 6 tomorrow!

I use 5lbs, but Ihave 3lbs in case the 2nd and 3rd level are too hard.

I've been logging as 25 min circuit training, general as well. It all depends on how high you get your heart rate though. I use 5-lb weights and am covered in sweat. Happens to me every month too. Depending on carbs, salt, and stress, it's been as high as 8 pounds a cycle. Awful. The good thing is that as soon as the witch is gone, I lose the water plus the weight. Now that's a satisfying weigh-in!

I'm 5'4" and at 155 as of this morning. I started eating back my exercise calories and C25k last week, and have lost three pounds!
