How about lightly cooking your veggies and liquidizing them into a healthy soup with some low fat chicken stock - you can use your liquidizer to make fruit smoothies too mixed with crushed ice and skimmed milk!

Egg white omelettes are a great breakfast! I use 3 and then fill with steamed spinach and mushrooms or fresh tomato and black pepper. Just use some cooking spray in your pan or a tiny bit of olive oil - good luck!
