Every person's calorie burn is different but I would estimate at least 400-500 cals per workout.

Do as much weight as you can without sacrificing form! I use powerblocks that go up to 24 lbs on each side so 48 total...they may be worth investing in :)

I've been wondering this myself. I usually just put in the fruits and veggies I use but I don't think the juice I could be drinking is 255+ cals...could it be?

I think the CE cardio is too easy as well. What about running do you like that? If you're looking for a BB program Combat is supposed to be good as well.

I just completed Insanity and loved it. I'm doing a hybrid with ChaLEAN extreme right now to tone up. If you want to try shakeology too, a challenge pack is the way to go because it's a better price than just buying the program.

I love the Les Mills classes! Body Pump is weight training based and Body Combat is martial arts/kickboxing/karate based. It really depends on your preference but both are great!

Jackie are you continuing to lose weight? What does MFP have set for your calorie goal? Is it because of adding exercise calories that your net goal is under 1200 for the day?

Are you still doing WW or are you strictly going by calorie intake now? Make sure you account for your very active lifestyle. You may need to be eating more!

I would do bruschetta, house salad and sauteed mushrooms. Seems to all have the least amount of dressings/added sauces, etc. If you can ask for stuff on the side that may save you a lot of calories.

I just completed Insanity at the end of January and I will say that while I like some of what the nutrition guide says, I don't agree with all of it. Definitely calculate your cals based on the formula they give you because you are burning A LOT. You need to eat more to see weight loss otherwise your body will go in to…
