Thanks all for your support & taking the time to reply! I was over my calories by 47 yesterday but my bodybugg calculated 2357. So 1934/2357 not too bad. I'm just glad I'm doing good with my sodium intake! :-)

I've been going back n forth on debating whether I should be at maintenance. I'm happy at 160 but wanna loose more. I think though since I've been binging lately, to maintain my weight for a little bit & still do my workouts I usually do & then get back to losing in a couple weeks.

I'm not a big fan of breakfast that's why 3 cups of coffee w/ 9 teaspons of sugar and a 90 cal granola bar would do me.
-
Thanks all for the input! :-)

A Large Pizza.. Mmmm.. Sound good right now. I just cut out the sauce and cheese on half & easy on sauce no cheese, Diced tomatoes & pineapple.. I'd be set for the night! Lol.

I totally understand! My husband is military & with him working out the way he does, he eats me out of house & home. It's very hard watching him eat all the food he does... Sometimes I think it's not fair. We eat the same meals, but I make sure I looks at nutrition facts online on foods or spend extra time thinking about…

I usually do a cross ramp of 8-10 and a resistance of 8-10 in 40 mins I usually burn 400 calories and it's pretty accurate, I believe, because my bodybugg calculates the same.

What can we say? Boys will be boys... Lol..

What's the best source to get lean protein?
-
Definitely Mac N Cheese <3

OMG! I so understand the Chocolate craving! I'm also thankful for those 100 cal snack packs that include chocolate!

I have the same issue with my 3 year old with veggies/new foods/foods he doesn't like... My Rule... Eat your age..(got it from my mom). Example, last night we had beef stew, he didn't want to eat so I say, you need to eat at least 3 carrots, 3 potatoes, & 3 pieces of meat then I would give some bread.. Especially knowing…

I usually do between 5 & 6 days a weekfor 60 mins of cardio. Weights 4-5 days a week for 20-30 mins. At home yoga once or twice a week between 30-60 mins. I love working out. :-D

I use the Pure protein @ walmart for, usually around 20 bucks, lasts about a good month- month 1/2. The chocolate is good, usually mix w/ skim milk. There's cheaper ones but, I like the results so far w/ the protein powder I use while I'm losing weight.

lol, thanks.

I know it sounds stupid but, is it the ceral that is granola? I'm new to eating stuff like this.
-
I have honestly no clue as to where to put this but, Where is the granola usually? I mean I want granola to put in yogurt or oatmeal. Can anyone help please? Thanks.

I usually limit my coffee to weekdays since I workout in the mornings on the weekend. 2 cups of Starbucks ground coffee w/ 3 teaspoons of sugar each cup, under 100 cal! :-D Every now & then add a 60 cal packet of creamer to it.. Mmm..

I think everyone has there way of keeping "entertained" working out. Especially, since it's easy to get bored. I workout to music, occasionally text (only because I usually check in on my hubby to make sure the kids aren't getting to overwhelming, especially having 2). I mean if there reading and not bugging you, then why…

I usually just get low calorie chocolate or as I asked for stocking stuffers, low calorie candy in general, so portioning my sweets out is easy & usually plan ahead what day I will eat some candy or chocolate after lunch or after dinner for dessert, so I do work it off ahead or throughout the day or during my workout.

Thanks for your guys input! Usually, I take a day off from the Gym on Mondays to let my body rest and I usually see progress forth on throughout the week. But I think retaining water was my issue, that my body goes in to retaining mode, but its worth going to the bathroom constantly.. Thanks again!

Nah. Using my 1 day, eat within reason, but not terriably too much over, a week rule. Besides Gym on base will probably be closed. Definitely working out hard the day before & the day after! But I will still log, maybe quick add calories though.

About 575-600 Cal an hour with 4 mins out of 10 of jogging @ 5 speed, on the Treadmill & 6 mins @ 12+ Incline at 3.2+ speed.. I at least loose between 1lb-6oz when I weigh In the next day.
-
I think it's all about portioning it right. I plan to work out (if the gym is open on base) Thanksgiving morning/afternoon or if it's closed, eat good & exercise a good amount the week prior before & after.

I usually treat myself to one once a week to soda (20 oz) & I just drink more water.. Funny thing is, Diet Soda, I've notice, I guess because of the sodium, you seem fuller afterwards.
