thanks all :) I think I'm prob best to start a bit of slow going exercise first don't want to kill myself! hoping this will help spped up my weight loss although I find it really hard to eat clean when I exercise!

just to check though, I thought that cals burned through exercise shouldn't be eaten back if your wanting to lose weight?? or have I completely got that wrong? x

I've put my cals up to 1450 and reduced the weight loss to 1lb per week, I'm a nurse so I've selected lightly active although this is probably more than this on a busy day I'm on my feet constantly! Thanks for wishing me well for my big day very exciting! just want to feel my best :) thanks for all the advice xx

thanks CaribaBeba! I thought it was strange that MFP put me on that I thought I'd be more around the 1500 mark I'll up them now...I def dont need telling twice haha. No wonder I'm shattered!! xx

this is true think i need to stop fixating on the scales and just keep gping til my clothes start to feel looser!! I'm def starting to tone up so thats good :). just pyschologically us girls like to see it on the scales!! stupid really!! just gona keep stepping up my cardio :)

i'm really bad colleen I ususally excercise at the gym at work and that before lunch and I don't eat breakfast :(. thanks for the link I'll check it out now :):)

ok thats great I'll have a little read up maybe I should just increase my weights then I always just presumed that I should do cardio to get the bulk off otherwise I'd be toning underneath any fat but I guess if muscle burns more it should start creeping off! I'll hit the weights today I think!! Thanks :)

hey i'm 5'7 and trying to get to 135-140 for my wedding currently 144 but cant seem to budge from this weight at all completely stopped so i'm stepping up my cardio regime, be diet isnt awful and i generally find dieting hard so exercise it is!! goodluck xx

i think inches esp once you've stopped losing weight as muscle tone is gona make you weigh heavier xx

yeah I am not getting married til nxt august but thinking if I start now and do it slowly.... it will stay off :) it's a great way of thinking I need to tone up! spec for the wedding pics!! xxx

SHE IS NOT FAT!!! she womanly no one likes a twig theres fat and theres curvy shes curvy. Everyones got different opinions but to say that shes fat is why people end up with eating disorders.....now pass me a mcdonalds!!!

hiya, is your diary open to read on your profile? just thinking maybe your not eating enough in the week so that when you do eat out at weekends you bosy holds onto excess water etc. also if your working out are you taking your measurements not just weight as you may have lost inches??

30 lbs thats amazing well done! its so frustrating tho isnt it at a complete stand still i think i need to up my exercise but then i'll end up putting on in muscle....do u use hip waist etc measurements??
