I'm an emotional eater too! The problem is, I love eating junk food while am at it.

I feel sad about how much I've been eating, but I still pretty much want to eat some fast food, sometimes I crave for food and I just sleep on it, but I feel REALLY hungry the next day.

I feel guilty too, cause sometimes i feel like i shouldnt be eating too much cause it defeats the purpose.. trying to stop it on my second week :)
